Albuquerque Grand Airport Hotel

Everytime I stay here I'm treated like family. Staff is very welcoming and the guestroom views are great!

Close to the airport, food good, but the staff was what made our stay here wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bellman were friendly and helpful.

ROOM DIRTY, WINDOW DIRTY, SHEETS, YES SHEETS DIRTY AND TURNED INSIDE OUT. FURNITURE DIRTY, RUG DIRTY, FILTHY DIRTY. DON'T GO HERE, IT WAS TERRIBLE. WE HAVE STAYED IN DUMPS THAT WERE CLEANER. AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THREE STARS. A COMPRESSOR RAN ALL NIGHT UNDER OUR WINDOW. YOU COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE TALKING IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR. AT A NORMAL VOICE. WE TRIED MOVING OUR HEADS TO THE FOOT OF THE BED TO DISCOVER DIRT AND DUST. THIS REALLY IS A BAD HOTEL THE MAID WHO CAME WAS NICE, AND THE HEAD MAID WAS NICE. THEY WERE GOING TO CHECK ON WHO ""CLEANED"" THE ROOM. DON'T EVEN THINK OF EATING FOOD IN THEIR RESTAURANT. IT IS THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EATEN IN QUITE A WHILE. AWFUL.

Stayed here and if you are looking for price thats it The place needs to be totally cleaned and redone over from years of neglect and lack of care. The bedding has seen its days as of 5 years ago, and stinks of smoke and outdated as of 5 years ago Good location/ price / buts thats it.

The hotel is incredibly convenient to the airport. Shuttles run every 5-10 minutes 24 hours a day. You could even walk to the airport with no luggage. Our room was clean, well-decorated, and everything worked. The restaurant was deserted when we ordered a late lunch, but they were accommodating. The staff is friendly and professional throughout the hotel. Parking close was easy.
