Hotel room and amenities are nice. Anything extra is quite expensive, but then most 5 star hotels are that way, and Sao Paulo IS an expensive city. If you're there for business, it's well located, they have meeting rooms, and all services required.

poor-bad service- expensive-lack of amenities-hidden costs

no gym- they make you wait even if the hotel is empty if you want to check up before 12 or they offer you to check in and they charge an extra day. breakfast is not included , when in Brazil even a 1 star flat gives you breakfast. No gym.
