What they said...
Don't stay here....unsafe, unclean, and unfriendly manager.
We spent one very long night here and wish we hadn't. There was a large, loud party involving several rooms going on out in the hallway next to our rooms as we arrived. Called manager several times to complain about noise but he was unwilling to do anything about it. His excuse was that anyone who paid for a room had the right to stay there and obviously do anything they want. Side entrance doors were blocked open and people came and went as they pleased....no security whatsever! Manager said no other rooms were available and if we left he would not refund our money. Made it through the night with earplugs and doors barricaded, only to wake to the worst continental breakfast ever. A loaf of bread thrown out on a counter in the wrapper, same with a package of bagels. This place should be closed down, if not by the health dept. than by Days Inn. In case you think I am a person who complains a lot, this is the FIRST hotel review I have ever written...didn't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did.
Not Bad for the Price
The room was clean (although a little worn) and met our needs for a quick one night stay. Simple breakfast items were available.
just my opinion
The motel had an ok type of feeling. not as clean as expected. all rooms similar. housekeeping should spend more time in rooms. mildew odor present, hallways in need of service. better control of visitors to location a need. no staff personnel visible when needed for issues of noise/visitors.
Family Stay Over Between Northern & Southern California
This is a high end ""Motel"" that has the looks of a hotel. The lobby area is very clean and the overall layout is really nice. Parking and access to the rooms is convenient. The rooms themselves are very nice. The only problem was the smell of mildew in the bathroom. I spoke to the front desk and they were willing to switch my family to another room but had the same problem. Management said it was due to some recent remodeling work.
Not A Good Night Sleep
First time in Fresno, last minute business trip; I stayed for a week. Very unclean hotel, staff is not very friendly or hospitable. Hotel Features state there is a Fitness room but one does not exist. Pool seems nice but is not open. Business center is a small computer desk in the corner of the lobby. Breakfast/common area is not clean and I was wary to drink the coffee. Rooms and bathrooms are dingy and very worn Even for $**/night this is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. Have stayed at several Days Inns in the past and will probably never stay at another. If I didn?t have to pre-pay for the week I would switch hotels.
