Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Beautifull place and setting, limited but enjoyable facilities, Pools were excellent and varied, relatively small beach area. Physical plant distressingly shows signs of poor workmanship in construction. while the rooms were spacious and comfortable, I doubt that they wil last that way as seen in cracked tiles, peeling paint in a few obvious public areas and walls that look "rustic" and/or hand crafted in many areas. We found the staff very helpfull in problem solving, however the execution of actual problem solving was slow. Ultimately they all made a very good effort to be accomodating to needs. Overall, since we went to the Grand Palladium simply to rest and recuperate as opposed to being active in water sports and other adventures, we were pleased with our overall experience. The food was plentifull and varied, we tried several restaraunts and had no complaints in our entire stay

My Husband and I went here for 2 weeks in October. I was worried about staying there after reading some of the reviews...nothing to worry about! glad we went and I am a picky person sometimes hard to please. If you are looking for the perfect looking place you will never find that. Yes there is paint peeling in someplaces and yes there are other things that can be fixed however if you are going to let things like that ruin your vacation then don't go here. Wonderful staff very helpful and extremely nice people. The food is good no complaints in that department at all. D in the buffet restaurant was great the best there, thank you D. The beaches are small but nice not crowded. The main pool was closed for repairs so can't comment on that other than to say that they are fixing the problems with it, it is beautiful. The grounds are nice. The drinks are lets just say pack a punch. The beds are a little harder than what I like but that is just personal prefrence. Would we go back to the Palladium...Yes, and recommend it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic vacation.

This resort was absolutely amazing. We were there in early October during the low season, but the customer service was excellent, the people were wonderful and the villas were beautiful. I was most amazed with how clean everything was, from the beaches to the pools to the restaurants, you name it. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. My only complaints would be the fact that the main pool was closed for repair; I really would have liked to sit at the swim up bar. Also, I was not overly impressed with the food, but the drinks and the atmosphere definitely made up for it. This resort is a bit of a drive from the airport (about 40 minutes) so if you're looking to be away from the bussle of the city and partake in some serious R & R, this is definitely the place. I loved it.

Service was great, our room was really nice and very clean. The people were all so friendly. Would go again and stay at this resort. It is huge.

After reading most of these negative reviews during the week leading up to our trip, I was nervous. Most of these reviews absolutely tore this hotel apart. I am a very picky and very fussy traveler, and this placed just wowed me. From the time we arrived to the time we left, I truly thought I was in Fantasy Land. It all started while my wife and I were waiting in line to check in. Thats when a waitress came up to us and gave us both a Rum & Punch! The bellboy then took our luggage, loaded up the golf cart and drove us to our room. The one thing that made me skeptical while reading these reviews were the bugs in the rooms. Seemed like this happened to those who were on the first floor. I was all set to tell the front desk people that we didn't want to be on the first floor, but our room was on the third floor so there wasn't a problem. The other common complaint on these reviews were the pool tiles. True, there were a lot missing. But it seemed like they were only missing on the stairs when you enter and exit the pool, not over by the swim up bar and where everyone hung out. The food was good, especially Bubba's and the Italian place. We would go back to this place every year. It was an incredible week
