El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel is a beachfront high-rise resort located in Mazatlan's Golden Zone, approximately 3 miles from downtown Mazatlan and 12 miles from the Mazatlan Airport.
The resort features two swimming pools, one with a beach-like area and cascades and the other a huge serpentine swimming pool featuring cascades, caves, rock formations and water slides that connects to the pool at El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel. Guests have access to facilities at all four resorts in the El Cid complex, including a wide variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment, shops and activities. A variety of activities and watersports can be arranged on site, including deep sea fishing, scuba, snorkeling and excursions. Golf, tennis and a health club are available at the El Cid Country Club.
Dining options include a romantic seafood restaurant located under a thatch-roof palapa on the beach, a pool snack bar and swim-up bar. A lobby bar and disco is located at the nearby El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel. Additional hotel services include room service, babysitting, kids club, currency exchange, car rental and laundry/dry cleaning service.
