Located in close proximity to Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort celebrates Southwestern, Mexican, and Mayan architecture, and is approximately 22 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Disney's Magic Kingdom® Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Parks. Buses provide transportation to all Walt Disney World® Resort areas.

Adventurers young and old will enjoy the Dig Site swimming pool, designed like an archaeological site and featuring a five-story Mayan temple, waterslide, cascading waterfalls, and a whirlpool. Three additional heated pools are located throughout the resort. Kayaks and mini-motorboats are available for use in the lake. Active guests may wish to go for a run on the jogging trail, rent a bike, or play a game of beach volleyball. Guests may also use the fitness equipment or schedule a massage in La Vida Health Club. Two video arcades and a playground provide ample entertainment for children. Additional amenities include babysitting services, laundry facilities and services, parking, business center, and a beauty shop. Dining options include fiery Southwestern cuisine at the Maya Grill, as well as a variety of eateries at the open-air Pepper Market.
